Accelerator
Participants really practise using AI. No made-up examples, just the work that's on their desk right now.
Led by Santeri Kallio. 4 hours in total, 8 in the Pro package. The sessions are online, so everyone can take part.
Microsoft Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. The sessions are built around whatever you use.
Emails, reports, guidelines, spreadsheets. Each participant brings their own task and does it with AI.
The trainer guides participants into independent practice. Online courses and the AI tutor support them in between.
Four hours of sessions isn't much. Skills grow through practice between them, which is why practice time is booked in calendars for the duration of the accelerator.
The TAIMI platform for the whole year
Courses are completed through conversation. The AI tutor asks, the learner answers in their own words and gets feedback right away. The tutor answers from your organisation's own materials and shows its sources.
EU AI Act, Article 4
Employers must support the development of their staff's AI literacy. No specific level is required (amendment 2026/1744, in force from 27 July 2026), but action is. The AI basics course is one such action, and completion is documented.
Two different things
Your AI application is the tool for work. TAIMI is a learning environment, and its use is included in the programme for 12 months.
Information security
Data in the EU. No identifying information is sent to the AI interface. Customer data isn't used to train models. DPA available.
A year of support
Questions only come up once people start using the tool. The trainer answers them live all year. Attendance is optional, and questions can be sent in advance.

Follow-up
Skills are measured before and after the programme. The result is reported to management.
