Programme

Three parts, one year

Participants practise using AI themselves. No watching slides and no inspirational speeches. Learning continues for a year in the AI clinics and on the TAIMI platform.

Accelerator

Weekly online sessions with Santeri, 4 hours in total, 8 in the Pro package. Participants bring tasks from their own work and do them with AI.

Online courses and the AI tutor

Courses are completed through conversation: the tutor asks, the learner answers in their own words and gets feedback right away. The tutor answers from the course material and shows its sources.

5 or 10 a year

AI clinics

Questions only come up once people start using the tool. The trainer answers them live all year, and you can send questions in advance.

  • Can I enter customer data here or not?
  • How do I get a summary of this 40-page report that I can trust?

Two different things

Your AI tool is what people work with. TAIMI is a learning environment, included in the programme for 12 months. It doesn't replace your tool.

Information security

Data stays in the EU. No identifying information is sent to the AI interface. Customer data isn't used to train models. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available.

The year

How the year runs

Skills are measured before and after the programme. The result is reported to management, and in between, course completions show up in TAIMI's reports.

    Online sessions with Santeri and practice with your own work.

  4. Month 12

    Final assessment

    What changed, who is using it and what to do next. A report to management.

We don't promise percentages in advance. That's why measurement is part of the programme: you get your own numbers.

Your trainer: Santeri Kallio

  • AI expert, CEO and founder of TAIMI.
  • Worked in Reaktor's Data & AI team on some of Finland's first generative AI development projects.
  • Has trained more than 4,000 Finnish professionals, including at Alma Media and ETLA.
  • Runs every accelerator and clinic himself. No rotating consultants.

To be honest

Who this is for, and who it isn't

This doesn't fit everywhere. We'd rather say so ourselves.

A good fit when

  • You have an AI tool or are about to get one, and use has stayed low.
  • Your staff do knowledge work: communications, reports, guidelines and data.
  • Management wants to see what the training led to, not just that it took place.

Not a good fit if

  • You're looking for one inspirational talk for all staff. You can get those elsewhere.
  • You have no AI tool and aren't planning to get one. Practice needs a tool.
  • Nobody has time to attend the sessions. In that case, start with one team.

What people usually ask

More detailed answers for different decision-makers are in the decision guide.

What's needed from our side?

Not much. You name the participants and one contact person, choose the tool to practise with, and set aside time for participants to attend the sessions and practise during the accelerator. No installations or integrations are needed.

Which tool do participants practise with?

The one you already use, for example Microsoft Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. The sessions are built around it.

Can the training be done remotely?

Yes. The sessions and clinics are online, so participants can be in different locations.

How do the results show?

The initial and final assessments show the change in skills, and TAIMI's reports show course completions and tutor use. The final report is written for management, to support decisions. If you also want to track changes that show in the work itself, we agree on that in advance.

How does this relate to the EU AI Act?

Article 4 of the Act requires employers to support the development of their staff's AI literacy. An amendment that took effect in July 2026 (Regulation 2026/1744) clarified that no specific level of skill is required, but action is. The AI basics course is one such action, and completions are documented in TAIMI.

In which languages?

Training in Finnish or English. TAIMI's online courses can be taken in 40 languages.
